considerations and prejudice get through the common sense of our art circle would be the triggering thing urging reflection to the artists living today.
Keumbong Park Hyoung-bo(69), this paper is chosen as the cover artist of new year Jan. month issue, 2004 is the leading figure of our painting circles getting the time almost half a century consistently along the only way as the Korean artist. In this page, it is focused and searched for the artist's life and art world highly appropriated the model figure of our painting circles as well as living witness having been the central part in the development of Oriental picture and the painting in the Korean literary artist's style.

The artist's life
Keumbong Park Hyoungbo was born on the artist's town of Korean southern end, Jindo, 1935. This town being famous for the Southern province sound and the place of exile of old scholars such as the Confucian, as well is the place where come out the great leaders of Korean art circles, Sochi and Euijae, Namnong, and the calligrapher, Sojeon, etc, and a vein of ore of tradition in the Korean art is to sprout in this town. The artist, Park Hyoung-bo learned the Oriental painting to Euije Heo Baek-nyoun scholar, the Calligraphy to Sojeon Son Jae-hyoung. In one word, he was taught both masters of the top in the Korean art circles at the same time realizing the principle that there is no essential difference between the picture and the calligraphy.

For that reason, his talent and possibility are something out of the common, and his creative spirit has been made a lot of models in our art world.
